Contact
CheckPing is run by a small independent team. There is no support ticket system and no chatbot — messages go to one inbox and a person reads them.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections to published guides are handled first and, when a factual error is confirmed, the article is updated and its modified date changes.
What to write about
A guide is wrong
The most useful message you can send. Tell us which article and what is inaccurate — a link to a source helps but is not required. Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox.
A question about how the test works
Most of these are already answered on the FAQ and in our write-up on browser-based measurement, but if something is unclear or a result surprises you, ask.
Privacy or data requests
Anything relating to the Privacy Policy, including access and deletion requests. Note that we hold no account data, so many requests need to go to Google or Microsoft instead — we will tell you which and where.
Trademark and rights matters
Game names and logos are used nominatively to identify which title each ping test covers. If you own a mark and want a use changed or removed, write and we will act promptly.
Suggest a game or a topic
We add games based on what people actually ask for. Tell us the title and, if you know it, roughly where its servers are.
Advertising and business
The site is supported by Google AdSense. We do not sell direct placements or accept paid links, guest posts, or sponsored articles.
Before you write
If your question is about a specific result, these pages probably answer it faster than we can:
- FAQ — how the test works and why results differ from your game
- ICMP vs HTTP ping — why a browser test reads differently
- How to read your ping test results
- Low ping but still lagging? What is actually wrong
